One thing that I often hear about in the media these days is the issue of “our morality”. This bothers me. And it bothers me for a specific reason: Whose morality is “our morality”? And what does it have to do with nationhood?

Americans as a group are unique in the world. Nowhere in the world can you go, apply for a passport, and then be considered to be “one of” their people. You can’t go to Germany, pick up a German passport, and then people will say that you are “German”. What if you go to China and picked up a Chinese passport? Do you think that they would accept you as “Chinese”? They don’t even allow foreigners to apply for citizenship. How about Japan? What about in South Africa, Namibia, South Sudan, Syria, or Russia? Would they look at your local passport and say “Oh. Yep. You are one of us.”?

No. Of course not. And that is why our nation and our people are so unique.

At no point in the history of our species has a country arisen to any meaningful position of power and influence while also saying “Anyone can be one of us.” The closest that comes to mind would perhaps be the Roman Empire. But even then, it wasn’t just a matter of taking an oath, swapping out one little pocket-sized book for another, and then BOOM you’re Roman. No. They had a complex system of citizenship classes, and the criteria for acquiring them was equally onerous.

Only in our day and age, and only in the United States of America do foreigners even have the chance of not just getting a passport but being able to say with honesty and earnestness “I am American.” Even persons from completely alien cultures, with traditions and ways of life entirely antithetical to our own. Even if they came here ILLEGALLY.

But now we have to consider an important question: Why? Why are Americans, and to a limited extent people from around the anglosphere (English speaking countries that are part of the Common Wealth) pushed further and further into the cultural miasma of “Multi-culturalism”?

You may have grown up being told that all cultures and all nations are equal. Certainly, all human beings are born equal, but why does that equality naturally extend to all cultures, languages, and nations? It doesn’t. If all cultures are equal, then why do waves upon waves of people from all around the world flock to the US? Why don’t they flock to places like Zimbabwe by the millions? Or to Romania? Because not all countries are created equal. Not all cultures are created equal. It’s a bitter pill to swallow, but once you think about it, you realize that it’s true.

The traditional culture of the United States built the most prosperous, most powerful nation in the history of the world. That culture is under attack, now.

The Leftist Progressives and their Globalist RINO allies in the Republican party push this narrative that all cultures are equal, because they know that most Americans have never stepped foot outside of America and have no frame of reference on the matter. These Progressives and Globalists know that Americans can be manipulated by appealing to their sense of morality. Their only view is the limited window provided to them by television, and now the slightly larger window of the Internet.

Why do they do this?

They do it because Republican business lobbies benefit due to cheap labor from countries whose cultures have little to no value for individual liberty, and Democrats like them because they are raised in cultures that are socialistic and where Big Government seems like a natural thing and these immigrants vote roughly 85% Democrat.

Most Americans will never know the feeling of stepping out onto the street and seeing gangs of knife-wielding teenagers numbering in the dozens roaming the streets unchallenged, enforcing religious and political doctrines. They don’t know what it means to be cornered by corrupt police, with guns pointed at them and having money or valuable belongings extorted from them. They will never witness swarms of police vans shuttling hundreds of blue-and-white clad officers to descend on impoverished villages, and then see those villagers bundled off in the middle of the night so that corrupt land developers can demolish their homes to make way for a new luxury high-rise. Do we want people who hold these kinds of cultural values? Do they somehow help America become a better place?

They know that by pushing the narrative of cultural equality, Americans will be less likely to resist the importation of millions of people whose cultural values are completely opposite our values. They also know that, when Americans begin to notice that people from these other cultures don’t learn our language, don’t observe our traditions, and don’t respect our values, we won’t push back. Our morality won’t allow for it. It would be considered racist, or at the very least, rude. But we have the right to push back. It is our nation.

How many Americans know that open-air slave markets are run, quite profitably, in places like Libya? Is it white European colonists capturing and selling the slaves? The liberal progressives would have you believe that European colonizers are the only culture in history to have ever kept slaves. They remind us of that history every chance they get. They won’t tell you that it was Conservative Americans that chose to free the slaves, extend citizenship to them, and fought a civil war to do it. They try to hide that it was the Democrats that resisted giving up slavery and formed the KKK. They won’t tell you that the slave markets in North Africa are run by Muslims and that they sell captured Christian women of various ethnicities to be wives to ISIS soldiers.

What do we gain?

Do we want people with these cultural values entering our country, creating communities of their own, and completely rejecting our morals and values? What, exactly, is wrong with demanding that these people abide by our traditions? Why are we forced to accept their cultures, but if we want them to live by our standards, it’s racist?

Recently, Ilhan Omar has been in the news numerous times for promoting antisemitism and Islamic culture in Congress. When people denounce this, they are called racist and Islamophobic. Why is it unreasonable to expect a US representative to obey the customs and morals of our country? She is an immigrant here, after all. If her homeland was so bad that she had to come here as a refugee, why should we accept our generosity being repaid with a slap to the face? Does the US gain by keeping her around?

What does OUR nation have to gain by inviting people from these cultures into our country? Not by the hundreds nor the thousands. But by the millions. How long can our traditions, our values, and our very way of life stand against such an onslaught? As mentioned before, we already have Muslims in congress who demand that our ancient traditions be changed in order to suit their culture. Is that to say that all people from these countries are bad? Absolutely not! Is it so say that respect and a healthy curiosity in their cultures is evil? Not at all. Is that to say that the US should be a white country, to the exclusion of other races? Not even a little bit. The US DOES have plenty to gain by inviting the best and brightest from other countries and other cultures to become American. But that’s the point. They have to want to become American. The problem is that most who are coming here now not only don’t want to transform themselves into Americans, many of them actively hate our country, our values, and our history.

They have weaponized our morality against us.

Americans are loath to take true pride in their unique accomplishments. It is part of the religiosity that helped found this nation. Pride comes before the fall, as the old saying goes. In religious terms, this may be true, but what about in nationalistic terms? When I asked my mother recently if she knows what nationalism means, she said that MSNBC told her it means to be fascist and racist, that only Nazis are nationalists. I dared her to look at the dictionary, and she was completely confused when she saw the real meaning of nationalism.

How can people preserve their nation when they are indoctrinated from youth not to take genuine pride in the unique accomplishments of their nation? What happens when you have enclaves of people living within your borders who don’t share your values, don’t speak your language, and don’t understand or care about your traditions? What happens is that you no longer have a country. You have a disparate collection of mutually-distrustful ethnic groups with competing and contradictory interests. Is that what a “melting pot” looks like? What exactly are the “conservatives” in our government conserving? They aren’t conserving our way of life, that’s for sure. They are selling it out for cheap, easily controlled labor.

How long can such a place remain peaceful?

Certain people in the media and mainstream politics would call even talking about this racist. They would call this “white nationalism”, or “fascist”. But we have to ask some very important questions, then. Why is it racist? How many of you know that there is an activist group in the US called La Raza? If some of you have heard of it, how many know what it means? It’s Spanish for “The Race”. Why aren’t they called racist? How many of you know who Keith Ellison is? Or that he’s a Muslim US congressman? How many of you know that he has made official calls since his late 20’s for African-Americans to claim a portion of US soil, secede from the union, and form a black ethno-state (a country designed to be occupied by only one race)? Why aren’t he and his supporters called racist? Are those the kind of morals that we as Americans should accept?

When Progressive democrats and RINOs talk about “our morals”, that should be a red flag in your mind to start thinking really hard about whose “morals” they are talking about. We have our own values, customs, language, and culture. It’s our values that built this country. And it’s our traditions that will see our Liberty and Integrity restored so that we all may enjoy Prosperity.

It’s Ok to respect other cultures. It’s OK to learn and be fluent in other languages. It’s OK to travel to other countries to appreciate their way of life. It’s OK to have a nation made richer by inviting in vetted and trusted people from around the world to contribute skills and knowledge. It’s OK to be members of different races and ethnicities.

Yes. All of that is fine and well. But more importantly…

It’s better to be American.

As we were closing the books on February, voter registration nationwide in the Constitution Party surpassed the 110,000 mark! The key to those increasing numbers can be attributed to our members and state party leaders, who are working hard to spread our message. When a liberal bastion like New Jersey can boast of the second highest number of registered voters among all states that track registered voters by party affiliation, you know that the leadership and members of that party are doing a fabulous job of sharing the message of liberty! New Jersey now has 10,300 registered voters! Congratulations to Matt Ricardi and his team!

Another area of explosive growth has been our website! Paul Venable, who does a remarkable job maintaining and updating our website, reports that we continue to log record numbers of visitors. People are looking for alternatives to the main parties, and our web page provides the most comprehensive source of information on the party.

Our social media numbers increase with new followers daily. A recent post on the Constitution Party page is receiving remarkable results! Articles like ‘Why We are a Republic, not a Democracy” written by Walter Williams to explain the necessity of the electoral college is critical to combat attempts to subvert our Constitution. As of the writing of this newsletter that particular post has been shared 5,267 times reaching a total of 77,607 people. Social Media is an excellent tool for sharing and educating your friends and family. If you haven’t connected to our Social Media, please do so today using the social follow buttons at the bottom of this message.

The articles being written by “Paul Revere” are resonating well with the public. If you have not yet read any of them, you owe it to yourself to do so. And then forward them on to others to read. You can expect another article from Digital Paul Revere later this week.

Because of our “Digital Paul Revere’s” familiarity with the younger generations and social media, and the recent move by all Social Media sites to censor and edit views that differ from theirs, we are now becoming active on alternative avenues that are friendly and accepting of traditional American ideals and thoughts. Many of these sites cater to the millennial generation who are hungry for political concepts that the Constitution Party promotes. They are actively seeking an alternative to the propaganda of the two major parties. We encourage each of you to seek out these sites and begin participating in them. We will share those sites with you in the very near future.

The year 2020 is fast approaching, and that means another presidential election. Achieving ballot access now in as many states as possible, not only provides more opportunities for candidates in local, state and federal offices but also assures our presidential candidate will be able to attain enough electoral votes to succeed in November 2020.

Obtaining ballot status is not cheap and requires the help of professional signature gathers along with local volunteer help. Financially it is much more economical to get those signatures in off-year election years such as 2019. Petitioners are hungry for work and so offer their services for considerably lower rates now.

It is your ongoing financial support for ballot access that has enabled us to achieve success in states like North Carolina. Your support targeted to ballot access will provide the funds necessary to meet our goals for 2019.

I cannot stress enough the necessity of our members being involved in their local city and county elections. Most local elections are non-partisan and winnable without the financial investment needed for state and federal offices.

Involvement at the local level also provides valuable governing experience that enables our members to learn the ropes of the political system and equips them to run for higher office in general election years. This strategy has proven very successful in areas we have implemented this approach. It does require time, effort, hard work and patience, but using this approach over the past few years has elected a mayor and three of the five city council members in one of the county seats in the state of Utah. This strategy is especially useful in rural counties. We strongly encourage you to adopt this approach in your local areas. It is a tremendous tool for getting our principles and message out while making our people known to the public.

The Spring National Committee meeting of the Constitution Party is scheduled for May 3^rd and 4^th in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We encourage you to make plans now to attend that meeting. Registration details are available on our website here.

Tom DeWeese, a nationally-recognized expert on the United Nations’ Agenda 21 Project, will be the keynote speaker and a presenter in the Friday training session. Attendance to the meeting is not restricted to National Committee members and we encourage you to join us in Milwaukee to take advantage of the training. Mr. DeWeese’s presentations will inform and educate us, not only on the dangers of Agenda 21, but also will equip us to expose and end this assault on our liberties.

Several members of the Constitution Party’s mailing list have expressed curiosity as to who I am. It’s a fair question, and so I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, my experiences, and why I am writing for the Constitution Party. I strongly encourage all patriots to set aside a few minutes to read all the way to the end. I understand that it is a lot of writing to take in in one go, but I believe firmly that it is to your benefit, and to the benefit of the nation.

I am an American millennial who, over the past several years, has discovered his calling to the Constitution. Recently, I have been writing on a volunteer basis for the party as a way of providing a Millennial’s perspective on the present state of the Western World. Several months ago, upon my return to the United States after spending more than a decade under socialist oppression in China, I reached out to Frank Fluckiger to get involved. I became a member of the Constitution Party. I became a Constitutionist.

I am writing to you because I have witnessed firsthand the absolute horror of socialism. These essays are not newsletters. They aren’t meant to bring you recent Party news. They are long-form commentaries on current events happening in our country. They are viewpoints, seen through the lens of a Millennial American who has lived for a significant length of time under a true socialist dictatorship: China. These essays are meant as an olive branch to young Americans, frustrated by the perversion of the political process today, alienated by the major political parties, crushed under unimaginable debt with little hope of ever having the means to repay it, and “politically homeless”. They are also meant to give older generations of Americans a glimpse into the future that awaits your children and grandchildren, should you fail to act now.

In these essays, I hope to provide a point of view that will help fellow American patriots see the danger that our nation is in and call to action all who wish to see the situation improve. I can tell you with absolute conviction that many Americans do not know the extent to which socialism has corrupted our systems and institutions. I didn’t know either. It is only after having lived under true socialism that I can see the telltale signs of its growing influence on our country.

In our day and age, the US is under the very real threat of being taken over by socialists who desire to tear down our way of life and replace it with a system of governance and economics that has been tried, and failed, numerous times, and to the tune of a hundred million civilian deaths since around 1917. For the reasons of debt, little hope for meaningful employment, and political homelessness, many young Americans are beginning to turn to socialism. We can see its growing influence in the recent election of open socialists to Congress. I am writing to you as an American youth who wishes to sound the alarm to this danger and to call fellow patriots to the defense of our society. If it helps, you can think of me as a Digital Paul Revere. Only, instead of warning that the British are coming, I am warning that the Red Terror is coming. I make this call for the defense of our way of life. If we don’t act to defend our civilization, then by the time my generation reaches retirement age, our way of life will be dead and buried. And that is not an exaggeration. History marches ever onward, and it doesn’t care about our feelings. It only cares about our actions, and that is because it is our actions that create history. If we don’t act, then others will, and they will not act in our best interest.

Radical socialists own and control most of the high-tech companies that we use to get information: News outlets, Google, Facebook, Twitter, and more. Their brand of socialism is called “Progressive Intersectionality”. That means the intersection of the interests between various self-described “protected victim groups” based on race, gender, sexual orientation, and their united resistance to those whom they view as being the oppressors. In their eyes, that means Western conservatives. This is a modern take on the original socialist ideology, which was based on economic classes rather than racial groups and social classes. This is well known to a large portion of American youth, but perhaps not so well known to older generations who did not grow up as “Internet Natives”.

These days, our lives are online. Our communications are online, our banking is online, we even get our television streamed through the internet. Everything we say and do is extensively monitored and tracked. With their extensive control over how we share and consume information, they can simply erase our history and replace it with whatever they choose to. They already do. We can see this in the ways that Google uses AI and computer algorithms to manipulate search results on its search engine and on YouTube to favor far-left organizations and people while demonizing centrist and conservative opinions. The reason they do this is because centrist and conservative Americans tend to favor small government, with a heavy emphasis on individual liberty, while the further Left you go, the more you are generally in favor of expansive and invasive government control.

I have seen firsthand the results of these exact policies that are being enacted as you read these words. The censorship that China employs to control the thoughts and actions of its citizens are now being employed here by big tech companies and the mainstream media. The big tech companies even produce software for the Chinese Communist Party to better monitor and track its citizens. Artificial Intelligence platforms, intelligent closed-circuit security camera systems, software embedded in everything ranging from televisions to mobile phones to listen to and record video and conversations. It’s for this reason that I write under a pen name. Using my real identity to share these points of view puts my friends and colleagues under serious threat of reprisal by the Chinese government, both in China through its state security apparatus, as well as here in the US through their use of embassy officials with diplomatic immunity from prosecution. All of this is real, and the information is out there should you take it upon yourself to find it.

The extent to which China has reverted back to hardcore communism and what that means in practice is beyond the average American’s ability to fully realize. Our Constitution protects us from the vast majority of State persecution. Theirs does not. The horrors that have been unleashed upon the Chinese people, in addition to seeing those very same seeds begin to sprout here in the US are what prompted me to return. It simply must not be allowed to happen here. Many people do not understand that communism and socialism are two sides of the same coin. So when you hear people like Alexandria Ocasio Cortez talk about “democratic socialism”, understand that it functionally means the exact same thing as “communism”. As Karl Marx, the father of socialism once said; “Democracy is the road to socialism.” That is why we are NOT a democracy. We are a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC. The Founding Fathers knew what democracy inevitably leads to, and they gave us the tools to resist it.

All throughout my education, my classmates and I had teachers who subverted our sense of patriotism. Some of my earliest memories of elementary school, up through high school and college were teachers dissuading students from expressions of patriotism, and encouraging students to cultivate a disdain for our way of life and our history. I have spent time volunteering in American schools since coming back, and I can tell you most assuredly that the program of indoctrination has expanded greatly since I left. After spending so much time in China, I can tell you that these are the exact same tactics used by the Communist Party to exercise thought control and political indoctrination over students there.

One of the main goals of the Communist Party since its inception has been to erase traditional Chinese culture by burning down traditional places of worship, smashing statues of historical figures, making observance of traditional customs and festivals illegal, and replacing them with images and activities approved by the CCP. We see this same thing happening among schools in the US. Just think about how public schools increasingly disallow observance of Christmas customs in the US, how university students tear down statues because they are “symbols of hate” due to their connection to our history. In Revolutionary China, it was the students, indoctrinated by socialist teachers, who perpetrated these acts throughout the mid-twentieth century, just as it is in the US now.

I was taught that Americans are racist, intolerant, religious zealots, incapable of critical thought, and not deserving of the land that we had “stolen” from noble Native Americans. I was never taught that the conquest that won this land for our nation was common among nations of the world at the time (including among Native American tribes). I was taught that the US government is akin to the Fourth Reich. A proto-fascist, Nazi State, and that if I supported the country with patriotism, then that would make me a Nazi as well. I was ridiculed for the American flag pin on my backpack in middle school by students and teachers alike. You can see this echoed in the national media, now, as people of my generation begin to take positions of influence and power. What they didn’t teach us is that Nazi is shorthand for “NationalsoZialistische”, National Socialist. It wouldn’t make them look so good if people knew that Nazism is, in fact, a socialist ideology. Look it up.

All around me, friends, classmates, and acquaintances believed the same thing. It didn’t matter which social circles one was in. To be a patriot was equal to being a Nazi, except for the very most conservative of the Christian students. They were viewed as the enemy by those indoctrinated. That was how we were taught to think. Now, hardly a day goes by without some indoctrinated Millennial or Generation Xer publishing an article or running a “news” segment in which they proclaim that this person or that group are “fascists”, “right-wing extremists”, or “hate groups”. This is becoming so common because my generation was educated to believe this to be the case, now they are old enough to be taking positions of influence within companies and news outlets across the country. When I came back to the US to visit friends, I was shocked to see that they never grew out of their indoctrination, but that it had grown within them.

When President Trump talks about the China threat, he is not exaggerating. He is not simply using China as a boogeyman to scare Americans with. If anything, he understates the threat that emanates from China. It has its fingers in American economic and academic pies all across the country, and it’s using this influence to foster a socialist revolution in the US. It uses the breakdown of American Civic awareness and division within American society and government to further its own agendas. Members of both of the major political parties take a variety of payouts from China, even without realizing it. And this has tainted them beyond redemption.

I chose to reach out to the Constitution Party because it seemed to be the only political party in the US that seeks to reestablish the Constitution to its place of primacy in our society. The Democrats hate the Constitution for the restrictions it places on government authority and the power it places in the hands of everyday Americans to resist tyranny, and the Republicans pay lip-service to the Constitution in public, while passing legislation to undermine it in private. Think “Patriot Act”, and you may get the picture.

Just remember: How goes the United States, so goes the whole world. If the United States falters, the world falls with it, and who do you think will be there to pick up the pieces? We just celebrated the end of World War 1 recently, and we would do well to understand the nightmare that the world would enter if the world fell into chaos, manipulated by the Chinese Communist Party, would far exceed either of the world wars both in terms of geographic scope, and destruction.

We must ALL do our parts to ensure that the US returns to a Constitutional form of governance. I am doing my party by bringing a patriotic Millennial’s perspective to the table, in order that other American youths be turned on to the Constitution Party. You, fellow patriots, can do your part by donating what you can do the cause that we all benefit from, and by spreading this message far and wide. The greatest thing any average American can do right now is to WAKE UP as many sleeping patriots as possible before our opportunity passes us by, and we are trapped asleep, in the nightmare from which there is no waking.

If we don’t, then the future is lost for your children, their children, and their children. That’s a simple, but inconvenient truth.

To start with, we would like to extend a deep and truly heartfelt thanks to those patriots who have donated to the cause of Liberty, Prosperity, and Integrity. Now I’d like to get straight to the point on this one. All of the people mocking and deriding Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on the apparent idiocy that is her “Green New Deal” (hereafter the GND) fundamentally misunderstand a key point: It is designed to fail. Failure of such a massive economic policy would be the final nail in the coffin of our Republic and pave the way for socialism to take its final steps in the march through the institutions of the United States.

A message from the Constitution Party by Nicholas Kontgas

The road to socialism is paved with cobblestones of good intentions, mortared together with the blood of martyred patriots, and paid for with the rights of masses of helpless citizens.

With hearts filled with compassion, heads filled with utopian ideals, and the desire to do right by their fellow man, regular men and women are, daily and through no fault of their own, hoodwinked by psychopaths into voting for policies which are skillfully crafted to lead to the destabilization of our civilization. Those very same psychopaths in the media and in government would call this statement fearmongering. I am here to tell you that no, this is not fearmongering. This is a head-first and pragmatic acknowledgment of the dire situation that our nation is presently in. It is a wake-up call.

We must take a moment to admire two things here. First; We must admire the desire for kindness and compassion with which many common liberal and progressive democrats make emotional decisions to do things such as advocating to give amnesty to illegal aliens who come to our country for a better life, and two; acknowledge without reservation the sociopathic cunning employed by liberal and progressive democrat leaders to manipulate the soft hearts of our on-the-ground democrat compatriots into demanding that we all reject the best interest of our nation in favor of the interests of said illegals.

The critical reader will recognize that the illegals referred to in the previous paragraph are nothing more than a stand-in for any of the progressive policies foisted upon us, like so much trash, by the political elite in order to bring about their socialist “utopia”.

The man on the street will stare, bewildered and befuddled, as democrat-controlled cities fall into utter ruin. Buried in trash. Beset and besieged by hordes of homeless vagrants and murderous criminals. Awash in the hardest drugs that the world is capable of producing, all while democrat leaders opt to spend their time crafting public policy penalizing shop owners for giving their patrons plastic straws, lest they damn the world to become a toxic wasteland. All the while software developers create actual mobile applications designed to let urban-dwellers get up-to-date, GPS location backed maps showing the location of human feces on public streets and sidewalks.

Young people throughout the Western World will, with resignation and great bafflement, place their head in their palms and wonder how it is possible that conservative speakers will literally be stopped with the threat of arrest should they proceed with a planned speaking event on university campuses, while at the exact same moment, black-clad and black-masked Antifa thugs control the streets with violence in protest of said speaker. They mob and beat people suspected of harboring conservative ideals, and the police are ordered by city officials not to intervene.

They watch, mouths agape with shock, as progressive politicians such as 2020 Democratic hopeful Kamala Harris laugh gleefully and brag about how San Francisco residents (even personal friends of hers) told their children with horror how under Harris’ leadership, parents would be jailed if children did not perform well in school.

Regular people will see this and wonder how fellow citizens can continue to vote for failed progressive policy after failed progressive policy. What they fail to understand is that these policies are not failed. These policies are achieving EXACTLY the intended outcome: The deconstruction and destabilization of Western Society in order that people will vote to increase the size and scope of government power to try and deal with these problems. It is the Hegelian Dialectic playing out again and again. Political activists create a problem, and government is called on to create a solution. In this way, government grows to encompass ever increasing aspects of our lives.

People often talk about “modern democrats” being this or that. What these arguments don’t acknowledge is that the history of the Democratic Party has never stood on good policy ground. Who was it that initiated a civil war that took 620,000 American lives in order to maintain slavery? Who was it that formed and wielded the power of the KKK in order to enforce racial segregation? Who was it that herded American blacks into inner city slums like cattle, and then proceeded to rip their families apart as a means of control? Who was it that insisted that feticide, more commonly known by the politically correct moniker of “pro choice abortion rights”, was empowering women? Who is it that pushes the narrative that white men and women in America are inherently racist and privileged, and that for that reason, racial and sexual minorities should be given special rights in order to counter the institutional power of American whites?

We all know the answer to each of these questions and more. We all know that they work alongside their corporate media cohorts in the exclusively Democrat controlled coastal cities to censor and scrub this sordid, and frankly evil, history from the public consciousness. And it is no surprise that it is the heavily indoctrinated youths of America, educated in a centralized education system built by progressives for progressives, who are using escalating violence to demand the repeal of our first and second amendment rights. The evils of the Nazi war machine are taught to Westerners ad-nauseum, and rightfully so. But what is not taught is what the Nazis were. We are told that the Nazis were an evil, extreme right-wing ideology. What they try to avoid talking about is the fact that Nazi is only a shortened form of its full name: The National Socialists Party. They also avoid discussing the truths that more than one hundred million innocent human lives were snuffed out, often violently, often brutally, and often painfully by the forces of socialism.

Socialism is not a threat that lies somewhere over the horizon, in some far off, distant land. It is here. It is now. And it is real. We see this in the popularity of people like Alexandria Ocasio Cortex and Bernie Sanders. Time and again they insist that “this time we will get it right”, only for “this time” to differ from “every other time” in the number of murdered civilians in pursuit of their utopia. In our time, how do people allow it to happen? And most importantly for a publication such as this; why is this a concern of Constitutionalists in America and throughout the Western World?

A common refrain that you will hear time and again from Democrat and RINO psychopaths is the notion of “Our Democracy”. Why do we so rarely hear them say “Our Republic”? Why do they so often refer to the morality of their decisions, rather than the pragmatism of their decisions? Why do they not reference the wisdom of the Constitution, or the Federalist Papers? The answers can be found in the very succinct, and extremely prescient words of our esteemed friend, Karl Marx.

“Democracy is the road to socialism.”

Keeping this in mind, one can easily look back and discover innumerable instances in which leaders of the democratic party, including our former president, Barrack Obama, used the sacred invocation of “our democracy” as the justification for any number of disastrous policy decisions. You can see this in legislation that was recently proposed by both Democrats in the past few years, as well as Republicans in the early 2000s.

They do not reference the constitution anymore, because they despise it for its efficacy in limiting the power of government. They understand that if they spoke seriously about and invoked the constitution as grounds for their policies, then their own followers would inevitably begin looking seriously at the Constitution, its meaning, and the ways in which it protects us from government. They would come to understand that the nature of government is to increase the power of government. And they would come to understand that the underhanded tactics of the Democrats and their RINO allies are selling them a dystopian nightmare dressed up as a utopian dream.

Government is neither good, nor evil, no more than one could say that a pack of wolves is evil for murdering and devour a helpless child lost in the woods. It is simply in the wolves’ nature, and they cannot control the instinct to kill and eat. But, like the wolves in this metaphor, government can be tamed, and its raw power CAN be used for good. Our Constitution is the greatest attempt yet in our history as a species to do just this.

Our Constitution was written by men who had only just freed themselves from immense tyranny. They understood full well the nature of government, and they crafted a document which would become the cornerstone of our entire civilization. They poured into this document the wisdom of the ages, learned and earned with the blood of countless people since antiquity, for the sole purpose of guaranteeing our freedom.

They didn’t suppose that simply giving us a republican form of government would be enough to secure our freedom. They KNEW, in the same way that a man knows winter is cold, that the nature of government is to increase the power of government. And they KNEW, in the same way that a man knows that leading his family into wolf infested woods without arms to protect himself is a death sentence, that government will devour its own people in order to sustain and grow its power.

Is this to say that the Republican party is any better than the Democrats? No. Not in the slightest. Many among you will have recognized the term RINO, which I have used several times in this essay. But for those of you who do not know it, RINO is an acronym which stands for Republican In Name Only.

While there are still good Republicans who wish to maintain our republican form of government, the Grand Old Party, formed in order to counter and defeat the Southern Democratic slave states prior to the Civil War, has been infiltrated by globalists, socialists, “State Capitalists”, and any other number of “-ist” that seeks to rob the power and wealth of the American people through the subjugation of our rights to a financial system built on debt. They abuse our Free Market form of Capitalism and sell it out to the whims of international institutions in the name of globalized industry. They, hand in hand with their Democrat co-conspirators, hollowed out the industrial might of the United States, and sold it to black-hearted communist dictatorships like China. All for the promise of greater profits by having their goods and services created by paying slave wages to the literal serfs that inhabit the rural interior of China.

I know. I spent more than a decade there. I looked on in horror as the Constitution of the PRC (and yes, China DOES have a constitution) was mocked by the people who wrote it, while citizens who simply speak of their own constitution are arrested and turned into literal slave factory workers, doomed to be worked to death in political concentration camps no different from those utilized by Nazi Germany. Those who work by choice in the factories owned by the Corporate Oligarchs parading as “republicans” are paid next to nothing. They work in conditions which would have been considered unsafe even by the standards of factory workers at the birth of the Industrial Revolution. Those who survive the factories die of cancer by the millions due to the unfathomable pollution of the water and air. All under the corrupt and ever-watchful gaze of their socialist leaders.

Some of you may still be questioning why any of this matters to an American Constitutionalist. The simple answer is that modern Americans have a fundamental misunderstanding of what our Constitution is.

There are two ways in which one can understand what “rights” are. The first is a white-list of rights. This means that the rights of citizens are expressly stated in documentary form. This typically takes the form of rights bestowed upon a citizenry by their government. The citizens of China are brutalized under such a system.

The second is black-list of rights. This means that citizens’ rights are not restricted, except for narrowly defined items which get codified into the criminal code. This form of rights acknowledges that we as human beings have natural and inalienable rights, whether granted to us by an ultimate Creator, such as God, or granted to us by Natural Law.

We the People of the United States possess a black-list of rights. The Constitution isn’t a document that tells we citizens what rights we have. The Constitution fundamentally tells what rights THE GOVERNMENT has, essentially creating a white-list of rights for the government, which We the People have the ability to enforce through the use of our First and Second Amendments.

In all of the world, and throughout almost the entirety of human history, this is a unique and unprecedented thing. The Constitution explicitly tells the government what it has the right to do. Anything that is not explicitly listed as a right of the government is assumed to be the right of the People. And this concept is even codified in the wording of the Constitution itself. This is why the socialist RINOs and Democrats know that, in order for them to have their socialist revolution in the US, they must strip us of our uninfringed Right to Keep and Bear Arms, and do away with our unrestricted Right to Freedom of Expression, Freedom of Association, and Freedom of Religion.

In the interest of maintaining some semblance of brevity, I will end this letter to the magnificent people of the Constitution Party here with a call to action. But you can expect the conversation to continue in future communications.

The Constitution Party recognizes the changing nature of communications in the current era. It is with this in mind that we are preparing a push to grow our social media presence in order to rekindle the flames of Liberty, Integrity, and Prosperity in the hearts and minds of fellow patriots across our great land.

A culture war is going on all around us between the forces of the Cultural Marxists, and Free Peoples of the West. We are taking the initiative and going on the offensive. The onus rests with us to drive them back, and reassert the primacy of our traditions, our values, our culture, our Constitution, and our very way of life.

We do not presume to be your leaders. We do not presume to be the elites of the country. We are you, and you are us. THAT is the meaning of a representative republic. Always bear in mind the words of Benjamin Franklin.

“We have given you a republic, if you can keep it.”

The Constitution Party voices its opposition to the nomination of William Barr to the office of Attorney General.  Both President Trump and Mr. Barr have shown by their own statements that they favor gun confiscation without the due process of law guaranteed to each citizen by the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

In February 2018, while speaking to a White House Meeting on Community and School Safety, President Trump voiced his support for confiscating guns from certain individuals deemed to be dangerous, without due process of law required by the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The President said to take the firearms first, then go to court. His reasoning seems to be that going to court takes a lot of time and, since someone in the government has determined that person to be bad, due process has to wait.

During the first day of the Attorney General Confirmation Hearing on 15 January 2019, nominee William Barr tells Senator Dianne Feinstein that Red Flag Gun Confiscation Laws are the "single most important thing we can do in the gun control area."  He has a long history of anti-gun sentiment and is a committed gun confiscation advocate.

President Trump, by his words and actions in regards to gun confiscation, appears to have no understanding whatsoever of the document he took an oath to protect and defend. He apparently has never thought about the fact that his oath of allegiance is to that document that he so casually proposes violating.

Politicians often sit safely behind their walls with their armed guards and their armored limousines and lecture about gun confiscation. President Trump has gone way past the protections of the Second Amendment's statement that the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. He proposes that people deemed by the government to be bad should be denied due process until they go into court and prove their innocence. That would also violate the long respected American tradition of innocent until proven guilty. If the President actually takes the action he proposed to take, then he, not the gun owner would be the law breaker.

The President should know that the law, especially the Constitution, applies to him as well as everyone else. From the tone of his statement it sounded like he honestly meant well in that he wanted to protect people from mentally unbalanced people who might harm them. I must point out that many Democrats think he is unbalanced and have often voiced that opinion.

The Constitution Party strongly opposes gun confiscation and thereby cannot support the nomination of William Barr for Attorney General.  We urge our members and supporters to contact their respective Senators demanding that they vote against his nomination.

Prosperity, Integrity, and Liberty - these three noble ideals promoted by the Constitution Party were foundational to our civilizational achievements.

To help us understand these pillars, we need to ask ourselves from what roots do they grow, how we can foster these in our communities, and why are they important? We need to look no further than our Founding Fathers who believed and practiced these characteristics.

The Founding Fathers well understood that those pillars could only be fostered by recognizing that there was a Supreme Being. They recognized him as God, who governs in the affairs of men. He provided certain basic tenants by which men must abide if those lofty pillars were to be maintained.

The Founding Fathers readily recognized that common law sprang from the Judeo-Christian writings. Moses received the Ten Commandments, which embodied the concept that there is a Supreme Being who was to be honored and who would ultimately hold men accountable for their actions in this life. Among those commandments were the concepts not to steal, not to bear false witness, not to covet, and to love our fellow men as we love ourselves.

Another important principle embraced was that the idler was not to eat the bread of the laborer. Those with a strong work ethic were held in high regard amongst men, while the idler was mocked and ostracized. The religious origins of the founding principles of the United States aside, societies throughout history that observed such common-sense values have prospered, while societies which did not value them have withered and died, often brutal deaths at the hands of an angry populace or superior civilizations. Modern times have seen the observance of these common-sense morals systematically stripped from the societal consciousness.

The advent of “Cultural Marxism,” and its gradual, steady takeover of our institutions of learning and governance, has largely purged these time-tested social mores from the social consciousness. The traditionally masculine man is mocked, criticized, and vilified while an ever-expanding “nanny-state coddles the idler,” often paid for by burdensome taxes levied against the toilers and craftsmen. Let us remember to praise the labor of our friends and neighbors and take every opportunity to remind our communities that the acidic poison of creeping socialism is eroding the bedrock of our prosperity.

Just recently, we saw a purveyor of socialist-utopian propaganda, Gillette, produce a short film deriding males as being inherently evil. Follow this YouTube link to see for yourself. The increasingly radical Western Left shows its utter contempt for our civilization and those who built it through their racist, authoritarian control of our media. They flood television and social media with sounds and imagery meant to subvert our love of our American values and sow the seeds of self-hate. We all see it, and the responsibility falls on us to promote our values at every opportunity.

We witness the abandonment of Judeo-Christian virtue in our legal system. We see concepts as foundational to the stability of our civilization as innocent until proven guilty, the due process of the law, and the rejection of ideas such as guilt by association being twisted into a mirror of the tactics used in Stalinist Russia and Maoist China to rouse mobs of angry progressives to denounce and publicly shame people. Without ever stepping foot inside of a courtroom, those who resist are accused of all manner of vile crimes. Their families are threatened, their places of employment are harassed, and their property is destroyed by mobs of Progressive and Democratic Socialist activists. Look to progressive strongholds such as the city of Portland, Oregon and most of coastal California for evidence of this. These people see an apology of any form as an admission of guilt and hound those who cave in and force them to apologize again and again.

Progressives have learned how to take advantage of the trust that many Americans have in our media institutions and use them to conduct these public trials. They use platitudes such as “believe all women” to encourage people to vilify men who are merely accused of sexual improprieties. Rarely do they issue apologies and retractions for the public shaming, even if these men are acquitted of any wrongdoing in a court of law — not even when their accusers are proven to have outright fabricated their accusation.

The Founding Fathers clearly understood that the founding principles of our republic had to be adhered to if the form of government they gave us was to endure successfully. Our civilization would only prosper if these principles of self-government were inculcated in the minds of Americans. With the gradual erasure of the teaching of these principles from our institutions of learning, the responsibility falls on us as individuals to teach these principles, lest they are lost to time and irrelevance. The erasure of our founding principles from our consciousness by the tyrannical and censorious media is not an accident.

Should we fail to promote these values, it will be impossible for our children, and our children’s children to enjoy the rights gifted to us by God and natural law. Should we fail to remember who we are, and where we came from, we will fall into a nightmare from which there will be no waking with all knowledge of our once free and prosperous civilization beyond all desire or recall.

With Prosperity, Integrity, and Liberty among the highest values of our society, America has become the most prosperous, freest, and most powerful nation in the entirety of human history. Likewise, the loss of these guiding values has resulted in the corruption and slow destruction of our society. The Social Marxists have replaced religiosity and reverence for God with the “non-theistic religion” of Intersectional Social Justice.

Recently, Tim Cook, CEO of Apple Inc. was reported as having given a speech to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) in which he claimed a sacred right to censor and “de-platform” any who go in opposition to the Progressive agenda of political correctness. “Hate Speech” has replaced blasphemy, and the owners and managers of monolithic tech monopolies, such as Facebook and Twitter, have become the new clergy. They use their powerful platforms to denounce all who resist as sinners, unworthy of a voice in the modern world.

Benjamin Franklin was quoted as saying: “We gave you a republic, if you can keep it.”

Now, more than at any point in our history, it behooves us that we remember who we are. We must embrace and do our part to reignite the American passion for those principles that made our civilization possible or risk losing it. The collusion that exists between the Social Marxists, the Progressive politicians, and the Tech Monarchs has given them free rein to deconstruct the ancient traditions and values that have allowed us to build the most prosperous and liberal civilization in the entirety of human history. They do not do this flippantly. They believe that they have a sacred duty to usher in a new Marxist Utopia. But the only way they can build their utopia is on the ruined ashes of our civilization.

Eulogy of Curtis Webb Caine, Sr, M.D.

I was deeply saddened to learn of the death of my dear friend Dr. Curtis Caine. He lived 97 years and would probably admonish me for that sentence because he wanted to be just Curtis, no matter how much I felt obligated to honor him with the title of doctor.

I am sad right now but Curtis is not sad anymore. He is not sad because as Jesus told his disciples when they had finished their last supper together, where I’m going you cannot come but you will join me later. I know that Curtis has joined him now along with his beloved wife Lynn

Curtis was born in New Orleans on October 13, 1921 and married Evelyn (Lynn) Johnson at the age of 19 and they were married for 69 years. He graduated from Tulane University Medical School and moved to Jackson Mississippi where he became the first anesthesiologist in Mississippi. He practiced medicine for 60 years and he once told me that he performed anesthesia services for the delivery of over 4000 babies.

He served as an officer in the United States Navy during World War ll in the medical corps so he truly was part of the greatest generation. I had the pleasure of knowing Curtis for many years and in that time we worked together in an effort to save our country from its most bitter enemies. It has been a long and difficult struggle but I am glad that I had the privilege of fighting beside him.

Curtis was one of the original members, not just of the Constitution Party but of the conservative movement itself. He was a pilot for many years and owned his own plane, so when Howard Phillips endeavored to visit and speak in all 435 congressional districts, Curtis flew him from one place to another.

He was perhaps the best wordsmith that I have known and one of the most knowledgeable people on the Constitution. Curtis was always quick to point out grammatical errors in documents or letters and how the sentences could easily be made more coherent and more correct. Always gracious in his critique, I’ve never heard him say a bad word about anyone.

He served as the Parliamentarian of the Constitution Party from its founding until he was no longer physically capable of doing it. When I expressed doubt regarding whether the struggle was worth it all, he would admonish me to stay in the fight as long as I could no matter what happened. If I was tired, or angry, or hurt by criticism, Curtis said just keep fighting and never give up.

I was honored to attend his funeral service at the first Baptist Church of Jackson Mississippi on Saturday, January 5, 2019. Curtis served that church as an active deacon until he was 89 years old and moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee to live with his daughter.

To his family and friends outside the Constitution Party and the flying physicians organization he was involved in, he was seen as father, grandfather, co-worker, friend, etc. I am not really sure that the people in that funeral service understood that they were saying goodbye to a truly great man. He used all 97 years that God gave him to spread the Gospel, stand publically strong for the Constitution and the Constitution Party. He never hesitated to share his love and fears for America and gave his time, energy and financial support.

I am here to give testimony that Dr. Curtis Caine, Sr. was a true American Patriot and dear friend and he will be missed. There just aren’t many like Curtis left in this country.

2016 Constitution Party Presidential Candidate

Word was received Wednesday evening that Curtis Caine, of Jackson, Mississippi and a founding member of the Constitution Party passed away on January 1^st. He was 97 years old. Dr. Caine has been a stalwart member of the party since its inception and served as the parliamentarian of the party for many years. More will be forthcoming about him in an upcoming newsletter.

During his tenure in the party, he became an icon of the party in many ways. He was respected and admired by all and will be sorely missed. He will be fondly remembered by all who came to know him. Due to his age and frail health, Dr. Caine has not been able to attend recent national committee meetings, but when his health permitted, he was a faithful attendee and contributed generously to the party over the years. He certainly has set an example for all of us to follow.
