Event Registration

Registration for this event is a multi-step process. Please read carefully!

If you prefer to register offline, please download and complete the registration form HERE to send by mail or email.

STEP 1 - For CP National Committee Members (NCMs) and Affiliated States: 

If you are a new National Committee Member or still need to pay your dues for 2023, please click HERE; 

For State Assessments, please pay HERE;

IF you are a paid and current National Committee Member and unable to attend the event, please click HERE to download and fill out the Quorum Proxy form.

STEP 2 - General Registration:

National Committee Members registration is $195/person, which includes 3 meals; lunch on Friday, dinner on Friday evening, including guest speaker, and lunch on Saturday with keynote address by General Flynn.

Friday afternoon and evening speakers, including dinner and Saturday Issues Conference, including more guest speakers, lunch, and Gen. Flynn's Keynote Address, will be OPEN TO ALL PRE-REGISTERED ATTENDEES.

NOTE:  For voting purposes, all official National Committee Members must be current with their Annual National Committee Membership Dues @ $100/person.
