Join us in Historic Philadelphia on the 250th Anniversary Year of the Signing of the American Declaration of Independence.

 

~ Event Information ~

 

WHEN:  Friday & Saturday, May 15 & 16, 2026

WHERE:   Clarion Hotel and Conference Center               
                76 Industrial Highway,
                Essington, PA 19029

Friday morning, the 15th, will begin at 8:15 am with shuttles to the tour locations. Tours will occupy most of the day and a picnic lunch will be provided. Everyone will be returning to the hotel around 4pm to prepare for a 5:30 pm dinner followed by a Keynote Address.

 

The National Committee Meeting/Issues Conference will kick off around 9:00 am on Saturday with party business and speakers. The program will end around 4:00 pm.

 

Tour Options: "Walking Tour of Historic Philadelphia" or "Bus Tour of the Philadelphia Area".  Details available on our website.

Meal Options:  Meat, Gluten-Free, and Vegetarian.

 

Once you have registered for the event, please email the secretary at [email protected] to let her know your choice of Tour, your meal choice, and any other dietary restrictions you may have for mealtime.

 

You are invited to please bring an item, or items, to donate to the "SILENT AUCTION" that is being planned during the Conference. This is always a lot of fun and will help with Party expenses.

 

~ Registration Details ~

 

EARLY BIRD SPECIALS:  
  • Full Weekend Registration Fee is $175 per person, which includes tours, lunch on Friday, dinner on Friday evening (Keynote Speaker), and lunch on Saturday. 
  • Friday Only Registration Fee is $125 per person, which includes tours, lunch, and dinner (Keynote Speaker).
  • Saturday Only Registration Fee is $100 per person, which includes Issues speakers and lunch.
AFTER APRIL 15th:
  • Full Weekend Registration will increase to $200 per person. 
  • Friday Only Registration will increase to $150 per person.
  • Saturday Only Registration will increase to $125 per person.
AFTER MAY 1st: Full Weekend and Friday Only Registrations will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY: Paid registrations will be refunded at 90% of amount paid up to five days before the beginning of the NCM. Thereafter, there will be NO REFUNDS.

This will reserve your (2) double beds room for $129 per night for the nights of May 14, 15, or 16.  Free airport shuttle service is included.

 

All rooms MUST be booked before Tuesday, Apr 14, 2026. After this date you will no longer have access to the special group rate.

~ Other Important Information~

 

States: may pay their $ 1,000 2026 annual State Assessment online HERE.

National Committee Members Only:  In order to represent your state properly, and to fulfill your obligation as an official National Committee Member, you must be current with your 2026 Annual National Committee Membership Dues @ $100 per person.  These dues can be paid online HERE.

Proxy:  IF you are a National Committee Member and current with your annual dues but are unable to attend the event, please click HERE to fill out the PROXY form. This is necessary for the sole purpose of establishing a quorum of States.
